Formation of Contract a. Your contract is with Kaldox Real Estate España S.L., CIF B16907990, whose registered offi ce is Camino Camoján 7 Puerta 5 Edifi cio Camoján, 29602 Marbella, Málaga, Spain. b. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit via bank transfer.
Payment a. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. b. The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks before arrival. c. For bookings within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is due immediately. d. All payments must be made by bank transfer. Cash or on-site payments are not accepted. If you face issues with international transfers, please contact us in advance. e. All payments must be completed prior to arrival.
The Price a. Prices are in Euros and based on weekly, self-catering rental. b. The price includes utilities, linens, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials, and a welcome hamper. A supplement applies for extra winter heating.
Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of €700 is required with fi nal payment. It covers damages, excessive cleaning, or unpaid services and will be returned within 7 days of departure, minus any deductions.
Cancellations a. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@fincalamorera.com. b. The 25% deposit is non-refundable. c. If the cancellation is made more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, no further charges apply and the remaining balance will not be required. d. Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival are non-refundable in full. e. No-shows and early departures are non-refundable. f. If booked via third-party platforms, their cancellation policies apply.
Changes by us In rare cases, changes or cancellations may be necessary. We will inform you promptly and off er suitable alternatives or a full refund.
Arrival & Departure Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.
Occupancy The maximum occupancy is 12 adults. Up to 3 additional children under the age of 12 or 3 infants (under 2 years old) may stay free of charge if confi rmed in advance. This maximum capacity must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Access The property owner or representative may access the property for maintenance or inspection with reasonable notice.
Guest Responsibilities Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition. Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
House Rules a. No smoking indoors. b. No parties or loud music after 10:00 PM, unless a previously approved event (such as a wedding or celebration) has been agreed upon in writing. c. No unregistered visitors. d. Indoor furniture must remain indoors and may not be moved from its original position. e. Respect the tranquillity of the area and neighbors.
Cleaning The property is cleaned prior to arrival. Guests must dispose of trash and ensure dishes are clean or loaded in the dishwasher. Extra cleaning fees may apply for disregard of check-out instructions
Linen & Towels Bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are included. Cot bedding is not provided.
Swimming Pools Guests must supervise children and use the pools responsibly. Use is at your own risk.
Security & Valuables Guests are responsible for their belongings. Safes are provided; Kaldox Real Estate España S.L. accepts no liability for loss or damage. Interior door keys must stay on-site and on their hooks when not in use. Only the main house key and gate remote may be taken outside. Please lock the house, rooms, and gate when leaving the property.
Internet & Devices High-speed WiFi is included. Smart TVs are available; guests must use their own login credentials. Misuse of the internet may result in restricted access.
Sustainability We encourage respectful and mindful use of energy and water. Guests may harvest from the garden with care for personal use during their stay.
Behavior The person signing the contract is responsible for appropriate behavior of their group. Disregard of rules may result in deposit deductions or early termination of stay.
Insurance Guests are strongly advised to have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, liability, and personal belongings. Kaldox Real Estate España S.L. is not liable for any costs arising from lack of insurance.
Jurisdiction This agreement is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ronda, Málaga, Spain.
